(…) The Como seminar also fits in with Project 10's operational phase. From this angle the seminar's aim was "to encourage cultural exchanges between the regions of Europe based on improved knowledge of existing activities in this field and the definition of working themes on the basis of which future co-operation initiatives might be launched". This report is an attempt to take stock of this matter, drawing on the exchanges which took place in Como. Chapter 1 is devoted to analysing the theoretical background to the seminar's theme, and Chapter 2 to taking stock of existing forms of co-operation. (Font: Introducció)
